About the Presenter
Jamie Valenti-Jordan, Catapult Commercialization Services
As a scrappy and resourceful engineer, Jamie has been able to commercialize hundreds of products over his 17 years in the food industry. Jamie has worked at General Mills, Campbell Soup, Del Monte Foods, and JUST, and is now CEO of Catapult Commercialization Services. During his career, he has developed and patented new processing technologies, built production lines and plants from design to commissioning, run a $60M operations group, and was recognized as a solar system expert.
