FREE Webinar: Preparing for the 2024 VAPG

Please join the Food Finance Institute for a free webinar to launch our 2024 VAPG Program Series. At Preparing for the 2024 VAPG, we will host a conversation with past applicants that have received the grant and USDA staff that have firsthand knowledge of the USDA’s Value Added Producer Grant.  

Throughout this 90-minute webinar, renowned VAPG writer and consultant James Gage, FFI Farm Outreach Specialist Andy Larson, and USDA VAPG national co-coordinator Mike Daniels will discuss key considerations for the 2024 VAPG. Attendees will also hear from Michael Gutschenritter from Three Brothers Farm and Sarah Werner from Werner Creek Farm, who will share their experiences applying for, receiving, and utilizing a VAPG to change the trajectory of their farm businesses.
