Manufacturing and processing businesses are those that have manufacturing and/or processing on a large scale in-house as opposed to using a co-packer, sharing kitchen space, or using a retail kitchen. These can be tied to brands and can include lots of different products, including cheese, craft beer, distilleries, and other consumer packaged good (CPG).
